Had an accident inspecting the fire damage in the train station ceiling.

I fell from a 12 foot step-ladder and landed on my right heel.  go in the hospital after the swelling goes down.

After surgery, I will update our progress on the station.

I didn't go for surgery. Hoping for nature to take it's course and I'll be walking in 7 weeks?

This is my 5th week since the accident and my foot doesn't look like a foot ball!
My heal was pushed up about 1/2 inch. I can't stand the bed thing, up in the wheel chair about 5 hours a day.
It's driving me nuts not to build or walk.

They took the cast off the 4th week,. It's only half the size of a football. March 26, 2001

Can't stand it anymore! Went back to work (March 27, 2001) at the new Williamsport Little League Baseball International Headquarters. I couldn't pick a better day to go back to work, We hit a record low 16 degrees temperature overnight.
Didn't need any ice on my foot that day.
